Haliburton—Kawartha Lakes—Brock is a federal and provincial electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 2004. It will elect a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in the next provincial election. Its population in 2001 was 111,343.

The district includes the City of Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton County, the Township of Brock, and the extreme northern part of the County of Peterborough, and also the Township of Cavan-Millbrook-North Monaghan.

The electoral district was created in 2003 from parts of Haliburton—Victoria—Brock, Parry Sound—Muskoka and Peterborough ridings.
