I would like a bot flag to run my interwiki-bot TuvicBot (using Pywikipedia). This bot will run in manually assisted mode, adding and updating interwiki-links, using the Dutch wiki as a starting point. I'm mostly planning to solve interwikis that autonomous bot skip because they're ambigious. - Kikka litt på MediaWiki-koden (dvs. på diff'en som innførte newbie-lista) og ser ut til å være bestemt av den siste 1% brukere som er registrert. Da er det en ventetid på 2-3 dager ser det ut til med den registreringshastigheten og brukermassen som no: har. .. Dersom noen vet noe annet, vennligst si ifra. --Stigmj 6. aug 2006 kl. 01:37 (UTC)

Please for bot flag for my bot. It's interwiki bot working on cs:, his main domain is human assisted problematical interwiki and interwiki for same names of articles (this operation is working on about 40 languages at same time, but maximal 10 pages per day).
Sometimes this bot do standard interwiki addiction, but only in the languages with bot flag.
Bot is based on pywikipedia.

- Awaiting for bot: en, fr, ar, it, gl, pt...

I'm an active user and sysop on nl: and I'll work on adding interwiki's on nds-nl:. However to minimize the server load I'd like to add backlinks from other wikipedia's to nds-nl as well. So other bots don't have to load the same pages again. The bot will always run manually assisted. Hi, I am from the german Wikipedia and applying for Bot-status for Bot-Schafter.
The bot is already running on several wikipedias - here the contributions: english, german, french, polish, japanese, italien, swedish and others.
The bot will add the Wikipedia:Utmerkede artikler star (
) into the interWiki as you should be able to see in the article Go. This will help to improve the Norwegian articles since people with enough knowledge of foreign languages can translate from the approved content of the marked articles. The bot is running stable, has about 20.000 Edits and so far no single complaint. I am planning on extending the program in order to add the Wikipedia:Anbefalte artikler (
) sign also. Since the Norwegian version is a little more difficult due to two templates I had to modify the script a little - this is the result - Link UA and Link AA get sorted or here where it gets exchanged.
The Bot is based on the pywikipedia framework and will run twice every month with a max. three edits per minute. Have a look at the user-page for more details and the source of the script.

- This is great, I've been missing a bot like this for some time now. Norwegian for "adding featured link star" (or whatever is default) should be something like "bot: Legger til merke for utmerket artikkel [[%s:%s]]" (for WP:UAs) and "bot: Legger til merke for anbefalt artikkel [[%s:%s]]" (for WP:AAs).
