Train can mean more than one thing.
"To train" is to teach how to do something, or to practice doing something. Not only human beings but also animals can be trained.
"To train" is also to study, in that you are either teaching yourself or are being taught how to do something.
"A train" is a series of cars on a railway. It can be used for transporting people and goods. A place where a train stops, to let people get on and off is called a train station.
