- Benon, thanks for your "interference" here, it was welcome. I have begun some copyedit of Enemies of Batman, although at times it is hard to make out what T-Man is trying to say. [edit] Kurdish Music
That article is copyrighted, just copied and pasted out of biased text. That article should be about music not political or geographical issues and called areas in Iran and Iraq Kurdistan. This is politcally motivated and you are aiding this. This does not benefit Wikipedia. 82.145.231.57 05:08, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Because of an an unfair assited pop revision this page cannot be cleaned up of politically motivated comments and copyright violations. Actually, I think it is copyvio; see [1]) 201.17.212.126 05:21, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
I have reported you to Wikipedia. 201.17.212.126 05:27, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
No one blanked the article. They REVERTED to a cleaned up version. What does calling Iran and Iraq areas of an non-existent Kurdistan in that region have to do with musical genres or proples? This is politically motivated and wrong. I have to let you know that we are preparing legal issues because of Wikipedia's rep on the Net - people will read such articles and take them as verifiable fact. IN FACT when you google it already many articles use this article as source - WITH NO COLLOBORATING EVIDENCE. I stress this point. You are in fact MAKING something which does have credit verifable - creating misconception. People are falsely using this article as though it is fact. The article was taken from the book quoted in that article - and that book has been discredited as a political tool. Plus it's musicologoy is incorrect. Are you an expert on this region's music? Sending politcal messages under the auspices of a music article - all over the web. Wikipedia should not be used as a vehicle for such things - the apporpriate article for Kurdish sensitivities can be opened. This is not the way an objective article is written when the subject matter is about music. Where on the world map is there a Iraq Kurdistan or Iran Kudistan? An Afgahistani muslim minority majority lives in Bradford in England Essex - I don't see articles on this region of England being quoted as UK Afghanistan. This article when we compare with other articles on Wiki is not sourced at all - just copied and pasted with almost no complete reference to music.
There is a hidden agenda here and with your help Wikipedia is playing to that. And the way you have chosen to protect this page goes against all Wikipedia policy. This means I can open an article about music - stick in any facts I like derogatory to 3 or 4 nations and leave it for a while for it to be fact on the Net?
You are perpetuating false information. If you can find me one independent source to verify any of what is written there - INDEPENDENT OF THAT ARTICLE - then I will accept it. Otherwise it is just an underhanded way of propagating terroist proganda at the best - and bad information at the least. 82.145.231.77 23:43, 26 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vandalism
Hi, I did not know it was vandalism to remove content. Sorry. I do believe the content in question is biased against Jehovah's Witnesses in the general tone and style. It's the same for the Awake! and Watchtower entries, and therefore I was only removing what I thought was biased. The sort of writing in there would never get into Encyclopedia Britannica, so how can it be gotten away with on here? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.136.114.15 (talk • contribs).
response on their talk pageBenon 01:34, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Isn't this a public user editable site though, hence the whole point of it being a wiki? I simply edited the article. I did not add any pro-JW comments, nor change the sense of the article, simply removed the biased comments. I will report it as you say, but I must say you're a very unfair moderator for what is a publically-editable site. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.136.114.15 (talk • contribs).

[edit] Sorry, but may I ask why you revert the Kurdish article.
Kurds are ethnic Iranians and you can see it by reading the articles. Also they is something that is untrue saying Kurdish is banned from being taught in Iran. That is unture, Iran was the only state to allow Kurdish to be taught freely and there are links in the discussions to prove it. So please revert it back. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.196.139.250 (talk • contribs). if you belive this then please discuss it on the articles talk page Benon 06:13, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

Benon, perhaps you could explain why are are now seeking to have me banned from editing certain pages? My reply to your motion can be found here. Please tell me how I have been uncivil to T-Man since the block lifted, with a link to that uncivil edit, or how I have wikistalked, since both Batman and Enemies of Batman are on my usual edit lists without any need for me to refer to T-man's edits. I'm confuded who are you implying that is stalking who? I remind you that I accused DA of wikystalking and DA admitted to be monitoring me "3rd thing on the morning" and his edits were just blind reversings (always erasing my words rather than repracing or at least askme for sourcing) and when he #wrote, the info content several big factual mistakes and ofenses on the summary. To me that's unethical. ... I acused him with several editors and nobody cared. Recently I though It was ok, so I went with a "if I can't against him I'll do the same (which apparently was ok). I have to say that I was invited by DA to edit the first article I knew he was there first beforehand. That was the limited series article, but my edits didn't erase his words and the changes I did didn't clash even with DA's interests. I was just acting a little bolder with a merge of 3 other articles he might started but were on a "stub" state and renamed a page wit a name everybody seems to like (list of maxiseries) then I had some mistakes but I got help before on good time. I never wrote about anything I didn't know about and didn't erase any dyslexic words. Then I went to a page and undid a blind reverse DA did on an editor I related to and felt that if he was goingto erase whatever I wrote, I could rewrite at least whatever he erased unfearly. Remember that by then I started dobting acting the way DA did was bad practice. Shanel and your words to him were the first I can recall telling him to stop.--T-man... [edit] Two notes on reverting edits
I see you reverted an edit of mine [2]. Because you didn't provide a comment, I can't tell why you did it. I assume that since it was a rather odd edit, you made a simple mistake, no big deal. But you should be careful when you revert with a script, since it makes such errors much more likely. Also, I'd made some ten other simmlar edits before you rolled back that one, yet you didn't touch those edits or contact me. If indeed you though you saw vandalism you really should have checked my contribs to make sure there wasn't more. (If you had I would have expected you to roll it all back, or figure out what I was doing and undo your first rollback, or at least contact me)... In any case, it's all good. Happy editing. --Gmaxwell 20:43, 29 January 2006 (UTC)

Hi, someone (SoothingR) keeps sending me messages asking me to "stop deleting" passages from the article on Plagiarism. I don't know what they're talking about. I haven't looked at that article for weeks. [edit] Your RfA did not pass
I regret to inform you that your RfA was closed early today by bureaucrat Raul654 as a failing RfA. Please do not take this as a condemnation of you or your contributions to Wikipedia. RfAs are only an assessment of the community's opinion about your potential as an administrator at this point in time, not for all time. I encourage you to take the lessons from your now closed RfA and use them to improve yourself as a Wikipedian. You are of course welcome to apply again for administrator rights at a later date. I recommend you wait at least a month, if not two or three months. If you have any questions on this, please feel free to ask me. --Durin 16:24, 31 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Errors
Well it doesn't actually break, since it carries on...
You have four problems there which relate to two real problems, I know about both:
- exceptions.RuntimeError: dictionary changed size during iteration this is when deciding where to route messages, it's indicative of routing changes whilst it is processing a message. I have a fix for this, but the upshot is that a message (user input rather than rcevent) might not get processed.
- exceptions.KeyError: "january 2017" and exceptions.KeyError: "fortnight" these are part of the block length, when trying to work out block conflicts and auto-blacklist length. The options WP allows are very flexible, so it just covers the common ones, if it doesn't understand it will auto-bl for a week and not do block conflict processing. This is a bug which stops it realising that it doesn't know the correct length. Upshot is that auto blacklisting doesn't occur. I have a fix for this too..

Thanks for telling me about the speedy delete rule for copyvios. Are you sure it applies to articles that are less than 7 days old? I noticed a template the specifies 48 hours: Template:Db-copyvio. The "Angela Bofill" article was created less than 48 hours ago, so it would qualify for speedy either way. [edit] Apparently there's a misunderstanding
You recently left a personal attacks flag on my talk page regarding comments I left on PilotGuys page. I don't seem to understand. All my comments were professional and objective in both tone and content, and were made, I might add, in response to his agressive attempts at reverting legitimate edits to a wikipedia article. I would suggest taking a moment to re-read the comments in question and exercise a bit more discretion in handing-out disciplinary notices. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 150.131.85.143 (talk • contribs) .

You tagged this Kosovar band with the {{nn-bio}}. The article said that they had an album out and were "foremost representatives". There's (purposefully) a large gap between what can be speedied and what passes WP:MUSIC, and in cases where there is any question it's safer to use {{prod}} or {{subst:afd}}. Dear Benon,
My attack was immature and I'm sorry. I thought I was contributing something cool to the Deftones section on Wikipedia, and according to him, it's seemingly irrelevent. I thought I was free to add anything I wanted. The logo is completly relevent. It stands for Deftones revolution in music, compared to Nintendo Revolution. [edit] Licence information?
I need licence information to post that picture? Do I have to contact Nintendo and ask them for permisson to use (what looks like) there official logo? Or do I contact the Deftones, and ask them for permission to use there name in a logo? Maybe it's better I stop uploadeding homemade images, and stick to editeding irrlevent text... lol

[edit] Vandalism in the midst of a discussion!
Seriously, how are we supposed to DISCUSS on Talk-Pages, when my very arguments there are being vandalised. Still, some still dispute my arguments for being "false quotes", but when I back them up with FULL REFERENCES, my edit is repeatedly reverted. (Again, on the TALK-PAGE, the very place where we are supposed to discuss that). I'm waiting for an approval to revert again to my edits. Hope you'll provide me one. [edit] Vandalism again!
Hi benon! how are you? I hope you don't mind me seeking your advice again, regarding the same Talk Page. It Seems like some user has distressfully distorted my comments on a TALK PAGE. As you may observe, not only were my links REMOVED, but even the very REFERENCES - which was the all purpose of my comments - (given allegation of "fabrication" and "false quotes"), were to disappear, leaving the impression of my edit as another tedious long boring list of SOME ALLEGED quotes, which have been already cited just a few lines above. I find this revert as pure distortion, as he mysteriously "hided" the major lines in my comments.
Finally, the revert was applied without any notification, and I got it only in some miraculous way, which is again very disturbing. Would you be so kind look into the matter, sure I wish to revert that section again to my edit. Thanks in advance! A link is provided here Zadil 23:07, 27 March 2006 (UTC) reply on their talk page23:29, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Benon. My subsequent comment explained why I removed the links; they were to anti-Semitic sites violating Soncino's copyright - Wikipedia cannot support either anti-Semitism or copyright violation. Jayjg (talk) 23:56, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- Zadil knows exactly why the links were removed. He's been trying to POV push on that page for over a week now, against the objections of a half dozen other editors. Now he's trying to recruit allies on bogus grounds. Jayjg (talk) 00:04, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Please read my comment here. It certainly don't justify the removal of my links, which is the ONLY source to verify my comments. and by no means had it occurred to me, that this was the cause for that distortion. I hope you believe me, benon. Zadil 00:30, 28 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Permission to use IRC logs.
Hey there, I was wondering if I had your permission to publish some of your IRC chat on Wikipedia, specifically:
<removed>
I previously had these up in accordance to m:IRC Channels, as the channel you said it in #vandalism-en-wp did not have a rule against logging visible on a related website or on WP:IRC and related pages. However, despite the fact that the logs were related to a ongoing discussion, and they were trimmed to size, a administrator with personal involvement to the issue deleted the content. As such, I am seeking permission of use from every user I am quoted. Your cooperation would be appreciated.
Thanks, Avillia 19:49, 25 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A landslide victory for The JPS (aka RFA thanks)
Hey, Benon/Aug, thank you so much for your vote and comments in my RfA, which passed with an overwhelming consensus of 95/2/2. I was very surprised and flattered that the community has entrusted me with these lovely new toys. I ripped open the box and started playing with them as soon as I got them, and I've already had the pleasure of deleting random nonsense/attacks/copyvios tonight. If I ever do anything wrong, or can help in some way, please feel free to drop me a line on my talk page, and I will do my best to correct my mistake, or whatever... Athens As I already explained to the last person who reverted my edit, whom may i add i recieved an apology from. It is inaccurate to call cork the Athens of Ireland. As someone who has lived in Cork, I have never heard it called that. A google search for "The Athens of Ireland" returns more hits for Belfast then for cork. What makes you think im a vandal anyway. This will be the last time i try to improve or edit wikipedia as it is apparent that this kind of bullying goes on all the time

When using template tags on talk pages, don't forget to substitute with text by adding subst: to the template tag. For example, use {{subst:test}} instead of {{test}}. This reduces server load and prevents accidental blanking of the template. --Cyde Weys 02:26, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] VandalProof 1.2 Now Available
After a lenghty, but much-needed Wikibreak, I'm happy to announce that version 1.2 of VandalProof is now available for download! Beyond fixing some of the most obnoxious bugs, like the persistent crash on start-up that many have experienced, version 1.2 also offers a wide variety of new features, including a stub-sorter, a global user whitelist and blacklist, navigational controls, and greater customization. You can find a full list of the new features here. While I believe this release to be a significant improvement over the last, it's nonetheless nowhere near the end of the line for VandalProof. Thanks to Rob Church, I now have an account on test.wikipedia.org with SysOp rights and have already been hard at work incorporating administrative tools into VandalProof, which I plan to make available in the near future. An example of one such SysOp tool that I'm working on incorporating is my simple history merge tool, which simplifies the process of performing history merges from one article into another. Anyway, if you haven't already, I'd encourage you to download and install version 1.2 and take it out for a test-drive. As always, your suggestions for improvement are always appreciated, and I hope that you will find this new version useful. Happy editing! --AmiDaniel (talk) 02:07, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

respnded on their talk page
Ok
Read my last coment on Shanel's page. I barely edit pages, DA edits. I came to an agreement with the Batman and DCAU related topics, that I will respect. DA is the ohe who edits Dr. Who, not me. I comprehend my mistakes, an I'm backing down a little. I feel the way DA harasses me is unfear, I don't even know what pages does he contribute on, notice how so many of my edits are edited over by him. Who else gets as many DA edits as me. I'm rude sometimes, I don't like that, but even tho I really feel anger and hate toward DA, notice how I just stand by my edits rather than doing what he does. I mean I could go over his contribs and erase, rv, or modify his edits with arguably justified reason, but I don't. Somehow, I don't wanna become what bother's me the most, a harraser.
People from Episodes of Justice League Unlimited granted me permission to create articles per episode on the talk page, But DA redirected all 12 articles I created.
I also asked time to develop the Animated Seres Batman article (up until june 25 i Just proposed) before any voting on merging or whateva, and knowing that DA put a merge tag. He is just mean, and disrespectful.
Notice how even people who complaints about my actions dont rv me. Only DA, and he doesn't even believe in his edits. He redirected Batman subarticles when he actually proposed them and created the equivalent Superman sub-articles.
I know I don't WP:OWN, I encourage people to edit me, but I almost only get DA's rv's, movings, or erasings, and to every single thing I do. I pointed the pages I created, not because I consider them mine, but because, it's obvious that those pages were not on DA's watchlist. He could have only learned about them through my contribs. You get me. As you can check, I don't even go to DA's talk page, but sometimes I feel he makes me look bad in front of editors who don't know me yet. One of DA's tecniques is to do what the first person complaining about my edit proposes on the article's talk page, making it seem like there are several people against me, even though the first complainer didn't revert (it means the person is waiting to converse about the issue rather than blind reversing me). I feel anger and frustration. Please, help me all you can. I remember you were the first one to notice DA bullied me in the past, I beg you to use that special sensibility once again to investigate the situation and back me at least alittle, I promese I will stop calling DA thing or names and keep keeping myself away from his talk page. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by T-man, the Wise Scarecrow (talk • contribs) .
Uh, and I reread your last message, you area a good pal, cool people like you make others wanna do the effort. Thanks.--T-man, the wise 19:53, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
Funny thing, DA wrote this "despite what you think and tell Benon", but neither of us adressed him. Do you read between lines? I means who the hell cares what other people say about himself that much to go sneaking into private (kinda) conversations. I myself not only don't care, but also don't give a damn. What's the big surprise anyways?
That's the exact same thing I've always been complaining about almost since he started that weird thing he has about me. He is so predictable, I've not once complained or ask for advise about the situation to a friend or an administration without him whining right after. And I mean right after, 30 minutes means he could be dead or ill. I once hid an indirect insult in a very boring sub-page I have, and he found it. I mean, what the hell? "Monitores-me-through-his-watchlist"-my ass. And the weirdest thing is that he admitted it. And the redirects he made in JLU episodes, don't they have cable in Canada? That amount of work would be expected from having a creative project, or if it pays good, but just to annoy a foreing irritable guy? What's wrong with him. I can say I'm learnig more and more English and writting skills, that benefitt is all worth, but how does he benefits? What's wrong with him? I know Canadians, they are the nicest people in the world, it's like friggin' Disneyland over there with all the happy little people, but what happened with this guy? Maybe it's because I'm normal enough to not go through his contribs, but I don't recall any single paragraph written by him.
Sorry to get it out on you, Benon, but it's either this or a personal attack and don't think that's what I want to be anymore.--T-man, the wise 06:32, 2 June 2006 (UTC) The quote is from my talk page, check it in my talk page history If you care, I alfeady erased his comments, since they always bother me every time I se them.
Benon, I've made some comments on T-Man's page, even though it may have been unwise and has further angered him (and which he will likely delete asap). I really don't want this feud to continue and will try to give T-Man some space, knowing that you will be watching him for his edits. Just thought you should know. And I am not some crazed guy out to mock and disrupt his life, regardless of what he says ot thinks. I'm just a normal guy, married, a lawyer, trying to be part of the wikipedia community in my limited free time. I acknowledge that sometimes I get carried away and hence the caustic descriptions for reverts and edits. Anything you can do to make him believe that I mean no ill will would be very helpful. Thanks. Dyslexic agnostic 06:23, 15 June 2006 (UTC)

I actually kinda feel sorry for the guy. He has ofered the olive branch many times ans then kept his behavior. It's like saying we're cool and we are friends, but he still blind reverse me, erese stuff, move things, etc. What for? Besides, I don't like him as a person. He is no bud material, you know, he doesn't know how to chat, and I'm not interested, anyways.
I'll just became more strict about the not talking to him rule, from now on I'll also stop talking about him. That'll kill him. Hahahahah. I'm a 100% sure he doesnt harass anybody the way he follows me around, I think I'm sure (if not, the other stalkees and me could form a united front. We'll call it U(r).F.A.D.A' hahah). I think he has a crush on me or someting, he has to be very lonely to do what he does(never contributing with material, only editing to call the attention). I hope he gets a girlfriend...or whateva' he prefers, "not that thee is anything wrong with that" (Seinfeld) ...Or a job. I know, I know, that was kinda mean, but I'm not talking about him ever again (only do it via e-mail to administrators). After all, as the Joker said someone said: If you got to go, go with a smile. Hahahah, I feel happy. Thanks for the support, man--T-man, the wise 16:37, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

I didn't meant to be uncivil, believe it or not, this time I don't even distinguish where was I uncivil. I'm not denying it, just stating that I fail to see it. Maybe it's because of my Spanish style or something. Or maybe it's because I talk a lot, I dunno. [edit] I need an advocate.
I need an advocate that will walk me through the medation application.
I am trying to get the following added to the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics.
Advantages of MWI
If Hugh Everett's theory was just another interpretation of Quantum Mechanics it would have no followers, especially since it proposes the existence of countless other unverses which theoretically can never be observed. Because it is not falsifiable it seemingly violates Popper's criteria for a good scientific theory. The reason it has so many adherents is because it offers numerous advantages over the Copenhagen Interpretation, among which are the following
1. Quantum mechanics becomes a deterministic theory making it more compatible with the theory of relativity and all other physics theory to date which are all deterministic. The Coppenhagen Interpretation introduced indeterminacy and randomness into science. Aside from the Coppenhagen Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics there is no scientific theory that includes indeterminacy or randomness. Einstein particularly objected to this aspect of the Coppenhagen Interpretation. In response to it, he said, "God does not play dice with the universe." 2. It eliminates the "measurement problem." 3. It eliminates Von Neumann's "boundary problem": where to draw the line between the micro world where quantum mechanics applies, and the macro world where it does not. Shortly before his death in 1953, Albert Einstein wrote: "Like the moon has a definite position whether or not we look at the moon, the same must also hold for the atomic objects, as there is no sharp distinction possible between these and macroscopic objects." 4. It eliminates the special place for an observer and human consciousness. 5. It restores objective reality of the universe between measurements. Shortly before his death, Albert Einstein also wrote: "Observation cannot CREATE an element of reality like a position, there must be something contained in the complete description of physical reality which corresponds to the possibility of observing a position, already before the observation has been actually made." 6. The wave-particle duality paradox evaporates. It simply and naturally explains the double-slit experiment. Richard Feynman said, "[the double-slit experiment] has in it the heart of quantum mechanics. In reality it contains the only mystery." David Deutcsh wrote: ". . . the argument for the many worlds was won with the double-slit experiment." 7. Schrodinger's Cat paradox evaporates.
Based on the above advantages, it seems Einstein's main objections with quantum mechanics had more to do with the Copenhagen Interpretation, than with quantum mechanics itself[citation needed]. While MWI does not quite generate the kinds of worlds necessary to justify the anthropic principle, it is a step on the way to Stephen Hawking's No Boundary Proposal and Max Tegmark's All Universe Hypothesis which do justify the anthropic principle[citation needed].

[edit] User:207.44.156.107
At User talk:207.44.156.107, you said you scanned the ports of the IP and it was no longer an open proxy. However, that is incorrect; it's a web-based proxy, which shows on a port scan as a normal web server (which it is). Trying to open that IP address on a web browser goes directly to the proxy's URL input form in this case; sometimes, you get a cPanel page, an error page, or something unrelated. It's not easy to find the URL entry form sometimes, which is why I always hide it on the block summary (it's visible on the block log). I have just reblocked it; in the future, try to find out if the IP belongs to an ISP or a webhosting company (if it belongs to a webhosting company, it's almost always a web-based proxy), and check for signs of a web-based proxy (web server on the IP, a URL hidden on the block log). --cesarb 16:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC) response on their talk page Benon 22:54, 27 June 2006 (UTC)

I DEMAND his immediate ban. He just reverted my work in List of Batman: The Animated Series episodes in its entirety, with complete disregard for naming conventions, and a complete disregard of my edits for consistency of "Part One" and "Part I" (he of course being all over the map on this). DOES HE GET TO OWN THIS PAGE? If so, then Wikipedia is a pathetic excuse for a resourse. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS BOOR. He is a complete waste of everyone's time. Why do we put up with this??? [edit] RfA Condolensces
Hey, man, I voted in your RfA and had it on my watchlist — really was quite sorry to see it not go through. I know Wikipedia believes in consensus, but it occurs to me that the demand for consensus even over majority seems to really put up a nearly impossible barrier to adminship ... as evidenced by this vote. I truly hope you'll give it another try after some time has passed, and, if you do, if you'd be kind enough to drop a note on my talk page, I can probably increase that 'support' total by one. Hope this isn't enough to sour you on Wikipedia as a whole. — Mike (talk • contribs) 20:50, 5 July 2006 (UTC)

Bennon, I'd like to ask you a big favor. Can you go to my talk page and cross the words or sentenses that you find most uncalled for to describe DA. I just realized reports look better when I just say "DA did this or that" instead of "DA is a ___________(stalker, vandal, etc.) because he did this or that.
Don't erase anything though, I'll do it myself, but I'd really like your help to moderate my tone. That will help me identify the key words that turn talking into atacking.
Thanks beforehand.

[edit] Excuse-me
Benon, please, could you hear me just a moment? Well, There was a lot of confusion here because my brother entered in Wikipedia without my permission, by I, João Pedro Garcia, am not a vandal. All right, I shouldn't have let this but... PLEASE, understand me. I would never do it!!! I wrote articles and added some, like the article of Madrid in Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. I also created the article of the city of São Paulo, in Brazil, in Portugese. And I added a lot of informations about the recent E³ (The game conference) Sony press conference. As you can see, I a a serious Wikipedian, and not a vandal as you may think. When I blank my page, is because I don't want to pay for another person's acts. Now, I won't let it repeat again never. PLEASE, have a little love and comprehension. I believe we all must be unite and we would live in a better world if we forgive our brothers in Christ (as I believe) and just leave in a world of peace. I know Wikipedia doesn't allows vandals, but I am not one. And I grant that there will never have a vandal act in my account, because I've already done changes that won't allow vandals in my account. I truly hope you understand me. Thanks.

No problem if I get any good information on Syed I will help you and the article. - Peter

[edit] www.WSJPrimeRate.us
Hello Benon:
> Please do not add commercial links > (or links to your own private websites) to Wikipedia...
The reason I added a link to my prime rate website @ www.WSJPrimeRate.us is because the site is the most comprehensive resource on the Internet related to the U.S. Prime Rate. My site is updated faster and more frequently than BankRate.com or HSH.com--these sites offer tidbits of information with some numbers, whereas the www.WSJPrimeRate.us site offers much more in terms of quality content, including a blog with news, trends, updates and analysis.
So I am contacting you in the hope that you will reconsider your action and restore the link to www.WSJPrimeRate.us. The www.WSJPrimeRate.us is a great resources and it deserve a link in Wikipedia.
Just because a site has ads, doesn't mean that it's a low quality or spammy site. I invite you to explore the www.WSJPrimeRate.us website and see for yourself how comprehensive and well-developed it is.
Reply at your convenience. Thanks for your time.

[edit] Page being 'sanatized' of legitimate documentation
Re: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_Prevention_Early_Warning_System
I had to revert this page once again, yesterday, after someone 'sanatized' fact-based illustrations and documented views for about the fourth time.
OBJECTIVE INFORMATION AND EVIDENCE IS BEING REVERTED TO SANATIZE THE PRESENTATION OF the article on SPEWS.
Some hoodlum keeps "sanitizing" the page,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_Prevention_Early_Warning_System , deleting CLEAR GOOD EVIDENCE of who started SPEWS. I urge you to revert the presentation to the version with the material cited NEXT (below) as needed.
This is material of CLEAR GOOD EVIDENCE OF THE FOUNDER of SPEWS; the text reads:
There is evidence that Joe Jared of osirusoft.com created SPEWS, at least this is what he apparently told a Linux group in 2002. The companies he claimed used HIS blocklist matched perfectly the main companies (in 2002) who used SPEWS. Also see this LINK and this LINK.
(end quote)
I NEED SUPPORT TO SEE THIS VERSION REINSTATED (as needed). I have been threatened and cannot keep reinserting it with MY IP showing. I need support against the hoodlums and ASK
YOU, THE WIKI VOLUNTEERS , to reinstate that paragraph with that good evidence, whenever one of the hoodlums deletes it.
With the above information deleted (if someone has done so again) I officially protest the information on "SPEWS" web page,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spam_Prevention_Early_Warning_System
Please take appropriate action
