Son of Dork is a UK pop punk band formed by James Bourne after his previous band, Busted, split in January 2005. Their debut single, "Ticket Outta Loserville", was released in November 2005, reaching #3 on the UK Top 75. Second single, "Eddie's Song", reached #6 in January 2006. The group are now currently recording the second album and are due to tour again in June. Yeah!

- The name of the band came from a scene in the movie Problem Child where the chant Son of Dork is used.
- "We're Not Alone" featured in Ant and Dec's film debut Alien Autopsy.
- Recently went on tour as a support act for Bowling for Soup, Army of Freshman and Wheatus throughout the UK. The tour was known as the 'Get Happy Tour' and was completely sold out.
- There is a new tour in May and June called "Better late than never tour", tickets are on sale now
