Cindy Winckler is the Iowa State Representative from the 86th District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2001. She received her MA from the University of Iowa.
Winckler currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Appropriations committee; the Education committee; the Judiciary committee; and the Labor committee. She also serves as chair of the Education Appropriations Subcommittee.
Winckler was re-elected in 2006 with 4,598 votes, defeating Republican opponent Susie Bell. [1]
