Lisa Heddens is the Iowa State Representative from the 46th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2003. She received her BS from Iowa State University.
Heddens currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Administration and Rules committee; the Commerce committee; the Education committee; the Human Resources committee; and the Public Safety committee. Political experience includes serving as assistant minority leader in the Iowa House.
Heddens was re-elected in 2006 with 8,371 votes, defeating Republican John Griswold and Libertarian Eric Cooper. [1]
