Elisabeth Blanctorche (IPA pronunciation [elizabεt blãtɔʁʃ]), speaks French as her native language, and is one of three original characters debuting in the fighting game The King of Fighters XI, belongs to the Rival Team along with Benimaru and Duo Lon.

Benimaru Nikaido and Duo Lon traveled to France to meet Elisabeth at her invitation. There she revealed to them her awareness of the betrayal of Ron and the burning of the Hizoku village along with her knowledge of Ash Crimson's theft of Chizuru Kagura's mirror. Despite misgivings upon meeting her would-be partners, Elisabeth formed a team with them for the KOF XI tournament.

In the Rival Team ending, Elisabeth revealed her acquaintance with Ash. She also scolded him for seeming to forsake their mission, one probably related to Orochi and the Three Sacred Treasures (Kyo Kusanagi, Iori Yagami, and Chizuru Kagura), and then vowed to defeat him.

She later appeared in the ONA promotional series The King of Fighters: Another Day--which takes place immediately after KOF XI but before KOF: Maximum Impact 2--sitting calmly on a speedboat across from Ash as they left a smouldering Southtown. Though the series reflected several canonical events from KOF--like Ash's theft of Iori's powers-- Falcoon, the producer and art director for the Maximum Impact series and a character designer for KOF since 2003, stated that Maximum Impact was an alternate universe and that Another Day was moreover an "experiment"[1]. Thus fans will not know the possible meaning of Elisabeth's cameo, if it truly meant anything, until at least KOF XII.

• Elisabeth's last name is intended to mean white torch in French, matching with her main powers. However, the place of the adjective is incorrect and the grammatical gender of the term torch is wrong; the actually correct way to say white torch in French would be "Torche blanche". Blanctorche is an example of Franponais. The names of her special moves are also in French.

• She makes a cameo in the fourth and final episode of The King of Fighters: Another Day.

• Elisabeth and Vice have the second largest bust measurement of all KOF females (90 cm), behind Shermie from the New Faces Team and Angel (both 92cm), followed by Blue Mary and Mature (both 88 cm).
