[edit] Admiral Crunch

Admiral Crunch
Admiral Crunch

Admiral Crunch is the new version of Cap'n Crunch in the 31st Century. Its cereal box looks relatively the same as Cap'n Crunch's, except the name is different. Fry mentions it in an explanation of how much different a 31st century breakfast is in "Episode Two: The Series Has Landed".[1] Both this and Archduke Chocula (below) are plays on the idea that the two have been promoted in the future. This cereal was also seen in "Anthology of Interest I" where Fry pours it on his head.[2]

[edit] All-Purpose Spray

An aerosol-type spray Fry uses to disguise himself in military uniform. He sprays it on his body, and it automatically takes whatever shape he desires on his skin. Similar to Instant Bikini Amy uses in the alien attack episode.

[edit] Angry Norwegian Anchovies

Angry Norwegian Anchovies
Angry Norwegian Anchovies

This can of anchovies appears in "A Fishful of Dollars" when Fry outbids Mom for it.[3] The can itself is the last known can in existence, circa 1997, and guaranteed fresh and edible. This product is very dangerous to Mom in the wrong hands since the anchovy DNA can produce cheap, efficient robot oil and put her out of business. Fortunately for her, it was eaten by mainly Zoidberg at the end of the episode.

[edit] Arachno Spores

Arachno Spores
Arachno Spores

Featured in the beginning of the episode "Lesser of Two Evils".[4] Its slogan is "The fatal spore with a funny name!" spoofing the slogan of Price Pfister faucets.

[edit] Archduke Chocula

Archduke Chocula
Archduke Chocula

This cereal is the new version of Count Chocula in the 31st Century. Its box is exactly the same as its older versions, except for the name change implying a promotion in rank. Leela offers some to Fry in "Episode Two: The Series Has Landed".[1]

[edit] Bachelor Chow

Bachelor Chow: Now with flavor!
Bachelor Chow: Now with flavor!

Bachelor Chow is a food product, packaged in a large bag much like dry dog food, but it is marketed toward single men. To prepare the chow, a bachelor pours some into a bowl dry, adds warm water, stirs and eats. The result is surprisingly like the commercial dog food product Gravy Train. The Bachelor Chow billboard first appears in "Space Pilot 3000",[5] but it isn't until "I, Roommate"[6] that Fry is seen eating the food. The Bachelor Chow slogan is "Now With Flavor!".

Bachelor Bar, the bar version of this product, was eaten by Fry in "Insane in the Mainframe".[7]

[edit] Bamboo Boogie Boots

In the episode "Three Hundred Big Boys", Hermes purchased these for his son Dwight using the $300 tax refund sent by Richard Nixon for a price of $299.99. Upon activation a shoot of bamboo extends from the sole of each boot forming a type of stilt. Unfortunately once the boots were activated they became exceedingly difficult to control or remove.

[edit] Bendgay

In the episode "Bendless Love," Bender applies Bendgay just before bending an unbendable girder. A parody of Bengay.

[edit] Big Pink

The only gum with the breath freshening power of ham.
The only gum with the breath freshening power of ham.

In "War Is the H-Word" Fry purchases this gum at 711.[8] Fry describes this gum as "the only gum with the breath freshening power of ham," to which Bender adds that "it pinkens your teeth while you chew." Later Fry complains that "this ham gum is all bones." Near the end of the episode, Henry Kissinger compliments Fry on having "breath as fresh as a summer ham". Big Pink is a parody of Big Red chewing gum.

[edit] Charleston Chew

In the 'A Taste of Freedom' episode. This is mentioned once by Nixon.

[edit] Def-Con Owl Traps

In the future, Spotted Owls have replaced pigeons as New New York's #1 pest problem. In several street scenes, animated neon signs are shown advertising Def-Con Owl Traps, with an animated dead owl falling over and the slogan "Kills Owls Dead" spoofing the slogan of Raid household insect killers. As seen in the show's opening title sequence and in "Space Pilot 3000".[5] Its name plays on the insect spray brand name "D-Con" and the term "DEFCON" which stands for Defensive Condition, a measurement of "threat level" used by the U.S. Military, ranging from DEFCON 5 (least level of threat) to DEFCON 1 (maximum threat - state of war).

[edit] Glagnar's Human Rinds

It's a buncha muncha cruncha human!
It's a buncha muncha cruncha human!

Glagnar's Human Rinds are fried human rinds, similar to pork rinds but made from humans instead of pigs. Featured in the beginning of the episode "I Second That Emotion".[9] Its slogan is It's a buncha muncha cruncha human!, a play on the Fritos advertising campaigns of the late 1970s.

[edit] Iffy Pop

Iffy Pop
Iffy Pop

Iffy Pop is a stove-top popcorn, a direct parody of Jiffy Pop. It is seen in the episode "Roswell That Ends Well"[10] Although Iffy Pop carries a warning label announcing the popcorn is non-microwaveable, Fry removes it and attempts to microwave it anyway, inadvertently creating a blue energy field that interacts with a similar red field produced by an exploding supernova, sending the Planet Express ship and crew backward in time.

[edit] Instant Bikini

Amy uses it on the beach after Nibbler bites it off in When Aliens Attack. She sprays it on her body, and it automatically takes the shape of a bikini, making her look like a "cheap French harlot," according to the Professor.

[edit] Kelvin Clone Fragrances

Amy sprayed with a Kelvin Clone fragance

This brand of underpants appears in Fry's broadcasted commercial dream in "A Fishful of Dollars".[3] A pair are visible with Zapp Brannigan's clothing in "War is the H-Word".[8] "Lightspeed fits today's active life style, whether you're on the job or having fun. Lightspeed Briefs - style and comfort for the discriminating crotch." Lightspeed Briefs may be a play on Fruit of the Loom, some of whose products are labelled with the abbreviation FTL (which also stands for faster-than-light).

[edit] LöBrau Beer

LöBrau Beer
LöBrau Beer

The most commonly seen brand of beer in Futurama, LöBrau has appeared in numerous episodes. Indeed, Fry appears to be holding a can of LöBrau Beer when he is frozen in the pilot episode. Leela comments that it is a Canadian beer in "Spanish Fry".[12] The name is supposed to sound like 'Lowbrow' though it would be pronounced 'Lewbrow' if the umlaut is considered. The name is reminiscent of Löwenbräu beer (which is pronounced in English without distinctions for the umlauts). The term 'lowbrow' is a colloquialism for poor taste and a synonym for low class as per Merriam-Webster.

[edit] Molten Boron

Molten Boron
Molten Boron

Quite literally molten boron. Its slogan is "Nobody doesn't like molten boron!", a play on Sara Lee's slogan. It is seen at the beginning of the episode "The Problem with Popplers".[13]

This robot product is produced by MomCorp, a business headed by Mom and a division of Carricon, Industries Enterprises, an empire owned by Samuel Carrico. It first appears in "A Fishful of Dollars" and is the leading brand of robot oil in the entire galaxy.[3] Its slogan is "Made with 10% more love than the next leading brand!" A parody sticker, in a format similar to the Wacky Packages line from Topps, appears in "The Route of All Evil",[11] as "Mom's Moron Oil for Dumb Robots".

[edit] Monsieur Carton

This liquor is seen first in "Space Pilot 3000" when Bender and Fry have a drink at O'Zorgnax's Pub.[5] It is one of Bender's favorite liquors. Its name is a play on the fact that Olde English is a malt liquor, which is named after a human language, and consumed by humans, while Olde Fortran is named after a computer language, Fortran, and consumed by robots.

[edit] Orlon Candy

Orlon Candy
