Only 'Hengelo' is a good example here, I think. "Gouda" does not have the other meanings in Dutch, "Hoorn" does not have the other meanings in other languages. Hengelo is both the name of a medium-sized city and a small town in the Netherlands. What was done:
- Oraşe în Olanda translates Towns in The Netherlands. Can you please verify if all articles listed at Categorie:Oraşe în Olanda are towns? Also: Almere, Bergeijk, Enkhuizen?
- Upto a decision on what kind of disambiguation we should use [[XXXX, Olanda]], [[XXXX (Olanda)]], [[XXXX (oraş)]] there are no "interlanguage lincs" from nl: to ro: (but only from ro: to nl:). Comments as: comment: ro: not decided jet about [[ro:Groningen, Olanda]], [[ro:Groningen (Olanda)]], [[ro:Groningen (oraş)]]''' are added instead of "interlanguage lincs".
- ro: uses Den Bosch versus nl:'s-Hertogenbosch. What should it bee?
- What is your opinion about the disambiguations in different languages?
- My (Gangleri) changes at nl: can be seen here.

My answers:

There are two where I have my doubts: Sittard-Geleen is a municipality that is named after the two towns of Sittard and Geleen. And Valkenburg aan de Geul is the name of the municipality, but the town is called 'Valkenburg'.
I regularly go over the Dutch Wikipedia with the robot, because of which I would prefer simply putting one of them there, and making sure that if that is not the one that is chosen, a redirect is kept for some time.
Den Bosch and 's-Hertogenbosch are both correct, and indeed the same city.
I prefer not to have opinions about that kind of thing. Wikipedia is stressful enough when I only have opinions on things that concern me directly.
