The following is an episode list for the FOX medical drama House. The series began on November 16, 2004 in the United States and was quickly picked up for a full season of 22 episodes. The series is currently in its third season and began to garner high ratings and critical praise in the United States when the show was placed in the time slot after American Idol during the spring of its first season. Now, House airs in 28 countries.

As of the third season, there are a total of 62 episodes of House produced. The series ended its second season on May 23, 2006. The third season debuted on September 5, 2006. Every year, the series takes two breaks: one in October for the World Series, which is broadcast on FOX, and another spanning most of the month of December.

Currently the first and second seasons are available on DVD.
