California's 11th congressional district

California's 11th congressional district is located in Northern California, encompassing parts of San Joaquin, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties. George W. Bush received 54% of the vote in this district in 2004. The district has a Cook Partisan Voting Index score of R +3.
